For the past couple of years I have been plagued with stiffness and discomfort in my neck and shoulder which I put down to ‘old age’, but in just one session Tony was able to pinpoint the problem and relieve the tension and stiffness enabling me to have improved mobility and less pain. It’s a lovely gym, small, friendly and effective with a caring and knowledgeable team and I look forward to working with them in the future.

The one on one support from Narelle and her nurturing approach to understanding you body is something I truly value.

It's a duo class- just 2 people, and Narelle provides an individual session for each of us. Narelle is so knowledgeable and able to ensure that I do the exercises correctly. It's like having a personal trainer. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

It’s true what they say, great things come in small packages, this little gym punches well above its size.
