  The team have been terrific. Nothing too much trouble. I had to ask them to do extra things for me that I hadn’t considered, everything taken care of no trouble at all. So easy to work with and when your setting up a new business, you need people who understand and are supportive. Thank you

  We have found Atkinson Air to be very professional and extremely efficient business with an excellent product. We have had them put in aircon systems at two homes now and on each occasion their service in all areas has been outstanding. Quoting has been very timely and installation the same. Their product and follow up is well above average so it is understandable that they charge a reasonable price for what they deliver. We would strongly recommend that someone looking to instal a household aircon system, contact Atkinson Air.

  All right, until something is broken. This service does not work on weekend under the warranty, but they provide the service at 3 hours minimum pay rate. This does not mean that the damage will be repaired on the same day, since they are not holding all spare parts. It took 12 days since the one-year old air conditioner was repaired.

  Atkinsons and team are one of the best and most professional companies that o have dealt with. They recently did a warranty job for my aircon and were so helpful and accommodating. Andrew and his team are amazing Highly recommend.

  Following the recent storms in Coolum, we had some problems with our air conditioner. Josh, from Atkinson's came out a day later. We have nothing but positives to say about this business. Josh is the loveliest young man. He was running late, but kept us informed, of any delays. It was late when he did get to us, but he there were no short cuts for him. He did the best job. Thorough, professional and clearly knowledgeable. We've never had a tech as good as Josh.
  Then we got the account. We expected, based on what we observed Josh doing, that it would be expensive (but worth it). Not at all. Once again, never got so much value for money as we did on this occasion!
  We will never use another Air Conditioning service. Josh and Atkinson Air are amazing!!
